Confidence Session
For those who feel anxious or uncomfortable about being photographed
The traditional experience of photography, can be having your photo 'taken' whilst being uncomfortable.
These sessions take you on a relaxing journey, within which you have the opportunity to share your image with the camera, in a space of confidence and positivity.
You decide in the initial consulatation the form the shoot will take.
"The face reflects what the mind and body is feeling"
"Thank you, Nick. I really enjoyed the session — it was such a lovely and calming experience. The combination of Reiki and visualisation helped me deeply relax and connect with what I truly wanted the photographs to capture. I’m often nervous about having my picture taken, and that usually shows in the images, but you created such a warm and welcoming space that I felt completely at ease. The photos reflect that beautifully."

Personal Consultation - 30 min zoom session
This is the initial process which allows me to understand your needs and tailor the session to you. We will cover:-
Your past experiences of photography and identify how this session needs to be different. What you require the photos are for and what form you want the shoot to take. A little about you, and an opportunity to build trust and confidence. Any questions you have.
2
Reiki
This session is to bring you in to a deeply relaxed state, in preparation for both the meditation and the photography
3
Guided Meditation and Journalling
This experience will be informed by our initial discussion, but broadly it will be a time to reflect upon, and envision your confidence and capability. To conneect with times when you felt in control, happy and self-asured. Your face reflects how you feel. This is time to bring you into a strong sense of positivity.

Photography & Conversation
I will start the photography as you begin writing down any thoughts and reflections on the previous sections. The shutter is silent, no click, clicking to distract you. After the journalling I will continue the photography in the format discussed with you in the initial session. As I take pictures there is also an opportunity to chat about the experience or anything else, rather than needing to focus on the camera.
