Clara has spent the past 15 years on a journey of self-discovery and healing, exploring spiritual practices, tantra, embodiment, and energy work. She’s trained in various healing modalities—including Reiki, VortexHealing®️, and massage therapy—and became a certified KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) facilitator in 2023.
